Tutorial IP5: Modelling Multi-Modal Biomedical Data Using Networks

We have created a JupyterBook for the tutorial that we will use to guide you through the analyses. You can access the book by clicking the button above.

Live coding in the tutorial will be via a dedicated JupyterServer. The workshop tutors will issue you with a username and password at the start of the session. You can access the server by clinking the button above.

Who we are

This site is maintained by staff from the School of Informatics at the University Edinburgh. It hosts various resources and tools that are used for things like delivering courses with online participants, for running services for some of our research projects and sharing information about Biomedical AI & Informatics research that our members are involved in. This is primarily a server used for research processes and to make resources available to external collaborators and the relevant communities that may benefit from them.

If you log in to a Jupyter session on this server it will write a session cookie to securely manage your current session. Once you logout from the session this cookie is deleted. For general browsing of this site we do not collect cookies. If  you log in, we will set up cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select "Remember Me", your login will persist for two weeks.
